Brown Cotton Print Dress

Sold

The bodice is gathered to a fitted lining, attached to a 1 1/2" wide waistband, piped neck, armscyes (armholes) and waistband. Hook and eyes are hand sewn to the front closure. The sleeves are a variation of the bishop sleeve with brown silk ruching. I got the idea for the ruching from a CdV and also from the trim on an original dress (images below). The skirt is knife pleated and hand sewn to the bodice.
